The sheer volume of blood suggests theres no hope the victim could have survived, so theyre treating it as a murder case, with the first item on the agenda being to find the body.
Then theres the extended family who seem to be under the thumb of their elderly matriarch, and who are suspiciously well-off considering none of them seem to have legitimate jobs.
Procedurally its tops but I found my mind straying and also becoming a bit annoyed with Maeves less than strong performance.
